Technology became an essential part of our lives; nowadays few can imagine living without it. Much has been achieved with the help of technology, for example, we have the possibility to travel abroad,
keep in touch with friends on the other side of the earth and cure many illnesses. Technological development means more freedom and choices for humans, but at the same time we observe social
imbalance, weapons of mass destruction and exploitation of natural resources. The environmental damage caused by technology is irrevocable, but we can still determine what kind of future we want to leave to the next generations.
Do you think we are destroying on what we depend? Do you think there is still a solution? If so, what could it be?

Hi to everyone. Or hello... or how
do you do.
First, my name is Richard William
Pantoja. I’m one visual arts student in UNAD CEAD Ibagué.
I would like to say I'm an artist,
my spirit, my soul, and my mind. All these things believe so... but the hard
reality say that I’m only, sometimes a graphic designer, others a technical
support of PC. And the must times only one survivor more.
But however, i hold down my better
smile on my face, ever.
Respect to the selected role... it´s

To give start to my write, i take
the questions made in the guide.
Do you think we are destroying on
what we depend? Do you think there is still a solution? If so, what could it
be?
I think ... Technology is nothing
new for the human being. Technology is the power that came pushing humanity,
through the long road of the centuries to this day. And this company allows us
to make discoveries so spectacular as fire and the domain of fire.
It has meanings, perhaps, the main
discovery throughout the long history of the human being. but although, this
has the most terrible power in human hands too.
Very soon, our so far away grandparents also discovered that
fire allows them to cook food, meat, bones, roots and all the food that has
become the new flavor of the intelligent brain. The old owners of the fire became
the new owners of the power of fire, the owners of light, and the owners of
darkness. The owners of the world.
But this new power could hurt other
men, and fire became a dangerous weapon. and was this way to think, and using
the best gift of nature to humanity as a weapon, as the way to make war, as a
very strong power to kill adversaries, to kill the same men. This is the
beginning of all the greatest problems of humanity and its relationship with
technology.
Of course, with the pass of time new
discoveries came, but the human mind could always discover a negative use for
everything.
For this reason I think... the
problem is not the technology, the problem is the same man. Problem is the attitude
of ambition, the wish to dominate all the world further tam the necessary.
The spectacular changes of the
nowadays technology are only, like one beauty dream. All the digital advance
it's other history; it's a new chapter for the faraway old man of fire. but
finally, we follow depending of fire. Fire to fly by airplanes. Fire to fly out of our own world. Fire, fire,
fire.
Oil and gas for make Fire for our
cars engines of fire. Fire for to make
the power of the nuclear centrals. Fire faster and most lethal weapons for to
open fire against the different people. The laser ray it’s the most modern way
of fire. The LED technology it's the new
cold light of fire.
The technology allows the man
survives... but it can allow, disappear too.
The solution it’s a change of spirit
for the humanity.

Hi Nubia. I have read your text. You say important
things, and one special point to me. It’s when you say: "each one enclosed
in a virtual world, minimizing interpersonal relationships".
I'm totally agree with this words.
Even more, it's like a mirror tome. I’m living this situation, my best and only
friend is my old Toshiba laptop, he is my companion for study, for listen
music, for watching movies; every time lets me to link all the world; lets me
do my pays; lets me win or get money with my work. It’s the multi-channel of
communications.
I draw, i painting, i work, i
travel, write, read, learn, talk, call, sent mail, every things i do, i can do
thought my computer.
But like you
say… Each one enclosed… Just like that... so we are living in now days.

Technology it’s

Dear Classmate Diana. Let me give
you one advice. When you write, take care with to use "points", to separate
the text. So you can make the text by paragraphs. It’s allows to make a more easy read of
texts.
With respect your opinions, i have
to say, I’m agree in some aspects; but in disagree in others.
Basically, you are talking about the
technology, like the most recent advances get for the science, informatics,
medicine, and industries. But technology
it’s not only these topics.
There are different kinds of
technology. And human community has come developing different technologies
along of all the centuries. For example, the farming, maybe the second most important
discovery for human beings.
But happened, that some of these
technologies have become in threats. And it's could to be for using bad the
science and knowledge. For using it, not for progress and wellness for all
humanity; but to for dominate or damage other countries, with their people,
environments and resources.
That’s the true problem with the
technology advances and with their
discoverers.
With respect to the
telecommunications environment technology. Or all the IT environment advances.
Really I only can see benefits, profits, wellness for all. For example, this
new and great possibility to make a professional career, in virtual mode.

I agree with you in the sense that
technology is a tool of the human being, and the use that the human being gives

The technological advances in our
days are truly impressive, the uses of technology in communications, has made
the world is practically connected through internet, sites of difficult access
and difficult communication are now within reach of the world thanks to
technology , the technology of communications has connected everyone with

The technological advances are truly
impressive, scientific research every day leave us amazed, every day we know of
advances in research in terms of improving the living conditions of human
beings, such as medicines that make people with cancer, or diseases terminals
that their life is better and in many cases they can find a cure for these
diseases. all this is very good and in theory may sound very good, but it seems
that the progress of such research is directed to the need for human
consumption, every time we see that research is aimed at creating species of
animals for human consumption that they develop more quickly and that they are
of greater growth, that they are of an accelerated growth, to satisfy the
demand, foods are elaborated with substances that accelerate the growth of
species for the human consumption like chickens or meat of cow or pig, that in
a very short time they grow to be fit for human consumption, raised with food
full of substances harmful for human consumption, but that satisfy the demand,
and today we see more and more sick people with different symptoms, such as
cancer, stomach patients , or with congenital malformations, I think that this

that do wonders, appliances for washing clothes, for cooking, for washing
dishes, machines for transport, and for industry, however there are still many
gaps in different fields such as medicine, where technology has been a little
short, there are many disabilities that need inventors to make life easier for
many people in a state of disability, they need devices to diagnose early
diseases, inventions are needed to make human life more bearable, as friendly
energies with the environment, means of transportation, economic and easy
access for all people and not only those who live in cities, but this
inventiveness, has been directed to arms, to create intelligent devices and
bombs, chemical bombs that destroy humans, harmful substances that harm

opinion
The
technology it's necessary to grow and all fields for example, health, science,
communication, for that I think so the problem Isn't technology but the use te
people give.
Currently,
people are obsessed with connectivity and this has created important social
conflicts,
The
lack of family communication, sharing, walks, outings with friends, the
constant state of dependence, insecurity, and violence are some of the
consequences that affect people.
I also think that
technology is a double-edged sword, because through it many activities have
been created that affect children, such as sexting, grooming, phishing, which
put children and young people at risk and even children. They make them so
vulnerable that they are easy targets for extortion, kidnapping and more
serious human trafficking cases.
